Unlock M365 is led by Jodie Wardle, an Adelaide-based ICT Service Delivery and Operations Leader with more than 16 years' experience across government, higher education, banking, manufacturing and managed services environments.

Jodie led a Microsoft 365 transformation for a food manufacturer in Adelaide. Although M365 was deployed 18 months earlier, adoption across the organisations had stalled. Staff were storing and sharing documents across email, shared drives, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint with no consistent approach. There was limited training available, so users lacked confidence and the IT team was spending significant time responding to basic "how do I" questions.

Jodie's role was to understand how people were working, identify the barriers to adoption and develop a practical solution that would improve both productivity and governance.

Jodie conducted workshops with business stakeholders and the IT team to analyse current ways of working and identify opportunities to better utilise Microsoft 365. Rather than delivering generic Microsoft training, she designed a structured four-level learning pathway tailored specifically to their business processes. The training included hands-on exercises using live Microsoft Teams environments, practical guidance on SharePoint, OneDrive, secure document sharing, version history, naming conventions and collaboration best practices. To support ongoing adoption, Jodie created short micro-learning videos so new staff could learn independently after the project concluded.
